Blot the area with a damp cloth.
Mattress Drying & Rotation
Before you remake your bed, you need to ensure the mattress is completely dry. To expedite the drying time, open up the window, if weather permits, and switch on any ceiling fans or portable fans. Once the mattress is fully dry, remake your bed with freshly laundered bedding. Before you remake the bed, flip the mattress over on the other side and rotate the mattress counter clockwise to even out the wear.
